I am so sad to hear Laverne passed. I work at JCP Salon even though Laverne was not my client I enjoyed talking with her every Friday. She always had a smile and such a pleasant lady. She talked about her family with such love.I will miss her and will keep you all in my prayers. Rita Cooper

Laverne was one of the kindest ladies I've ever known. My family sat near her and J.B. for years (and Sue and Wayne, too) at Mount Carmel for years. She was always upbeat and positive. My condolences and prayers for peace go out to her daughter and to to Sue and the entire family.

Aunt Laverne was such a generous person who loved her family with all of her heart. I remember many wonderful family dinners and times of fellowship-Thanksgiving, Christmas, picnics at Stone Mountain to name a few. Laverne will be truly missed, and I treasure the memories I have with her, Uncle J. B., Greg, and Kim. Kim-I am so sorry and please know that I am praying for you and the family.
