The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Muriel Delk can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I am very sorry for your loss. My father-inlaw died of Alzheimer's disease in 1997 and although his passing was expected, it was still sad. When he was sick, Rebecca and I went to see him every weekend at his nursing home in Newport News for almsot seven months until he passed away July 18, 1997. I lifted your name up in my Bible study class to be in our prayers on Sunday. Rebecca also sends you her prayers. I hope that in time only good memories remain.
