Obituary for Linda Lee Abernathy Hames

Linda Lee Abernathy Hames, age 71, of Canton, GA
passed away Thursday, September 12, 2013 at
Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. She was the Director of
Indigent Defense for 34 years.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on
Saturday, September 14, from the Chapel of
South Canton Funeral Home with Rev.
Charles Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM,
Friday and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the funeral hour at
South Canton Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by her husband: George Hames and son: Derek Hames

Survivors include:
Daughter- Lisa (Michael) West, Canton, GA

Daughter- Jill Hames, Canton, GA
Sister- Susan (N. J.) Tippens
Special Pet- Malachi
