Estelle Wall was a teacher's teacher. I was fortunate to be her 'across the hall' neighbor for eight years at North Canton/Tippens Elementary School. While her eighth-graders and my third-graders had little in common, we shared many laughs through the years. I think she and I had a similar wry sense of humor. Mrs. Wall was a mentor and role model. She was quick with a compliment, and even sent encouraging notes. She left a fine legacy in the many students she taught so well. She is missed.
