Condolence: So sorry for the loss of such a wonderful woman. Ruthann was my supervisor at Cherokee County 9-1-1. She was a compassionate and talented and skilled supervisor and public servant. Her smile and laugh were infectious. She always balanced a serious and professional demeanor with an ability to mother and love those who were on her shift. I always had great comfort knowing she was around. Now, my life seems a little emptier.
