Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Richard Harder can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I extend my deepest sympathies to Nancy and Richard's family. I worked with Rich at Polk General Hospital in Bartow, Fl, and considered him to be a dear friend and mentor. I have many very fond memories of Rich but lost touch with him after an injury. His kindness, empathy and wit will never be forgotten and I learned so much from him...about life, and about nursing. Rich was a kind and loving soul and I'm saddened by his passing and by our loss of contact. His favorite topics were Nancy, his children, great grandchildren and his dogs, and could never speak enough of family. Great memories! May you, his family, rest assured that, in the field of nursing, Rich gave his all to employees and patients. A gentle giant...that was Rich. I will miss you, Dear Friend. Thank you for touching my life! May we meet again one day. Much love to his family.
