Willie West, age 88, of Rydal, GA passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at his residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from the South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Henson officiating. Interment will follow at Little Refuge Baptist Church Cemetery in Waleska.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Thursday, June 18, 2026, and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday, June 19, 2026, and from 09:00 AM until the funeral hour at the South Canton Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Midas and Cynthia West, First Wife: Joyce Darby West, Daughter: Sandra Saxon, Brothers: Thomas and Lester West
Survivors include:
Wife of 30 years - Phyllis West
Son - Kenneth West (Brenda)
Son - Allen West (Renee)
Daughter - Joanna Jackson (Webb)
Son - David West (Jeanie)
Daughter - Karen Mancini
Grandchildren - Colt, Nicole, Justin, Alex, Charlie, Tabitha, Braxton and Gabriella
Great Grand Children - 13
Several Nieces, Nephews, friends, and other family members also survive.
