William Lamar Wilson

William Lamar Wilson, age 76, of Canton, GA passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Northside Hospital Cherokee following a long illness. He was born in Rome, GA, graduated Cherokee High School in 1969, and joined the U.S. Air Force upon graduation. He was a member of Community Church God's House.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Landmark Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, October 18, 2025 at South Canton Funeral Home.

Father - Jessie L. Wilson

Mother - Lorene Wilson McFarland

Step-Father - Earl McFarland

Sisters & Brothers-in-law - Ann & Clem Childers and Lynda & Clarence Nichols

Survivors include:

Sister & Brother-in-law - Wanda & Timmy Abernathy

Several Nieces,Nephews, & Cousins also survive.
