Walt B Heard, age 92, of Canton, GA passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Canton Nursing Center. Mr. Heard was a World War II Veteran. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Saturday, May 02, 2015, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Franklin officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, April 30, 2015, and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, May 01, 2015 at South Canton Funeral Home.
