Seth Charles Terry

Seth Charles Terry, age 89, of Canton, GA passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and Papa to most who knew him. He served as a deacon at Liberty Grove Baptist Church where he had been a member since 1956. He loved his family and working in his garden. Papa will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, from the Liberty Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Westbrooks, Rev. Greg Hamilton, and Rev. Benny Clark officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The body will lie-in-state at the church from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM prior to the service.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at South Canton Funeral Home.

Wife of 64 years - Betty Terry

Brother and Sister-in-law - Edwin & Hazel Terry

Daughter - Cynthia & Mike Westbrooks

Grandchildren - Mandy & Ben Miller, Amy & Jeff Parmer, Matt & Holley Westbrooks, Shane & Jennifer Terry, Ana & Brad Rutherford, & Faith & Robert Waszgis

Great Grandchildren - Natalie Miller, Knox Miller, Hailey Parmer, Andrew Parmer, Jasper Terry, Sam Westbrooks, Elliott Westbrooks, Jack Westbrooks, Charlie Rutherford, & Harper Rutherford

Sister - Winona & Bobby Cagle

Sister-in-law - Eloise Watson

Several nieces, nephews, other family, & friends also survive.
