Sandy Smith

Sandra Elaine Smith, age 75, of Ball Ground, GA passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at her residence. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, & a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Pickens County, GA. Most simply knew her as "Granny" and she will be deeply missed.

Funeral services are scheduled for 4:00 PM, on Saturday, July 5, 2025, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Edwards, and Rev. Trey Stow officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, July 4, 2025, and from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday, July 5, 2025 at South Canton Funeral Home.

Husband of 51 years - Allen Smith

Parents - Pierce & Joyce Huggins

Sister - Vicki Bailey

1 Great Grandchild

Survivors include:

Son- Cane & Michelle Smith

Daughter - Amy Hyde

Sisters - Sheri Bryant, Vivian Hawkins, & Necole Baty

5 Grandchildren

9 Great Grandchildren

Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
