Sandra Temple

Sandra Elaine Temple, age 62, of Calhoun, Georgia, formerly of the Hickory Flat community, passed away on June 14, 2026, just days before her 63rd birthday.

Sandra was born on June 19, 1963. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Pat Satterfield.

She is survived by her daughter, Brandy Pass and husband Dave; cherished grandchildren, Will and Sara; brother, Danny Satterfield and wife Angee; niece, Brittney Goode and husband Joe; nephew, Josh Satterfield and wife Anna; great-niece, Ozella; as well as many beloved cousins and close friends whose lives were touched by her kindness and friendship.

She enjoyed caring for her plants, preparing meals for family and friends, and watching the many hummingbirds that visited her yard. She dearly loved her two Blue Heelers, who brought her constant companionship and joy. Sandra also loved the ocean and was blessed to enjoy a wonderful trip to Saint Augustine just days before her passing.

Sandra was especially fond of her memories of the Hickory Flat Store, which was owned and operated by her parents. The store was an important part of her childhood and remained a source of treasured memories throughout her life.

Sandra will be remembered for her love of family, her generous spirit, and the warmth she shared with everyone who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her and in the countless lives she touched throughout the years.

The family will forever cherish the time they shared with her and find comfort in the many treasured memories she leaves behind.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. David Fowler officiating.  

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 12:00 PM until the Memorial Service beginning at 2:00 PM.
