Rosemarie Balukin (nee Rayoni) lost a long and courageous battle with cancer. She passed away peacefully at home in Canton, Georgia, on 10-29-2026. Rose was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, a place she held close to her heart.

Rose was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerome M. Balukin 2005); father, Albert Rayoni 1992); and brother, Albert Rayoni, Jr. 2010.

She is survived by her loving family, including her mother, Dorothy Rayoni; sister, Renee Williams, and her husband, Thomas; brothers Bernard Rayone and his wife, Stacy; and Michael Rayoni, Russell Rayoni, and his wife, Jamie.

Rose was a kind and loving aunt to Anthony, Dominic, Angela and Andrew, Meghan, Nicholas and Nicole.

Rose attended Wickliffe High School, then went on to spend the next 40 years at Nationwide Components in Willowick. Before moving to Georgia in 2015 and finishing out her career in electronic sales with ComRep, Inc. retiring earlier this year.

In her free time, Rose planted beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. Landscaping was her true love. She would never turn down a good card game either.

Rose was a true-blue Cleveland Indian's baseball fan. In the early 2000s, she ushered at Jacobs Field for several seasons; she loved the Tribe.

She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, intellect, and love that will be forever cherished.

There will be a private celebration of Life held by the family.
