Robert K. "Bob" Hammond

Robert “Bob” Hammond, age 70, passed away September 17, 2024, peacefully at home in Ball Ground, Ga. Bob was born February 11, 1954, in Chicago, Il to the late Robert and Donna Hammond. Bob had a long career with Stouffer Hotels and in 1991 moved to Canton, Ga with his wife and three children and loved spending time in the North Georgia mountains. He enjoyed coaching his kids in various sports and loved animals, especially his German Shepherd Lizzie.

He is survived by his wife Jeanne, daughter Lindsey Amos, and sons Brett (Melissa) and Ryan (Kristina) as well as six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Brother of Kim (Fran) Wieteha, Kelly (Shelly) Hammond and Kurt (Angela) Hammond and nephew of Colin (Gosia) Hammond. Bob’s life will be celebrated with his family at a later date.
