Rev. Larry Patterson

Rev. Larry Patterson, age 76, of Canton, GA passed away Monday, September 30, 2024 at his residence. He was a member of Ball Creek Baptist Church in Pickens County.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Thursday, October 3, 2024, from the Liberty Baptist Church in Ball Ground, with Rev. Thomas Wheeler, Rev. Trevor Phillips and Rev. Jerry Sims officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, October 1, 2024, and from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, October 2, 2024, and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 3, 2024 at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by, Parents: Elbert and Ruth Ell Patterson, Son: Christopher Wayne Patterson, Father and Mother-In-Law: Byron and Thelma Morris, Brother-In-Law: Butch Clodfelter and Nephew: Justin Patterson

Survivors include:

Wife of 55 years - Linda Morris Patterson

Daughters: Angela (Tony) Pharr, Brandy (Rev. Jason) Phillips and Dawn (Chris) Smith

Brother - Randy Patterson

Sister - Donna (James) Harry

Brother & Sister-in-law - Kenny (Pam) Morris

Grandchildren - Morgan (James) Southerland, Rev Trevor (Kamiryn) Phillips, Shelby (Evan) Jenkins, Kristen Phillips (Fiance - Matthew Mulkey), Kaitlyn Smith (Fiance - Justin Pritchett), Mason (Nia) Ratcliff, Macain Pharr, Sarah Phillips (Fiance - Micah Baray), Bryson Smith and Matthew Phillips

Great Grand Children - Bentley, Jesse, Tucker, Natalie, Jacob, Gunner, Graham, Lakelyn and Sawyer

Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
