Paul Gabriel

Paul Gabriel, age 79, of Canton, GA passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain. He was a loving husband, daddy, papa, army vet, former police officer and 30 year Frito Lay truck driver. Hero to his family, friend to anyone he met. Feeder of all animals from birds to possums, raccoons and deer. He truly loved everyone and everything in this world. He will be so greatly missed. We are sure he is wearing the prettiest crown in heaven.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Sunday, May 15, 2022, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Jess Posey officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday, May 14, 2022, and from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 15, 2022 at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by, Parents - R.W. & Viola Gabriel; Brothers & Sisters - David Gabriel, Loring Gabriel, Billy Gabriel, Parks Gabriel, Croft Gabriel, Albert Gabriel, Gene Barrett, Pauline Johnson, & Mary Belle Williams; & Grandson - Jovani Morales.

Survivors include:
Wife - Barbara Gabriel
Son - Tim (Rhonda) Gabriel
Daughter - Sharon (Reyes) Morales
Grandchildren - Michelle (Matt) Waters, Kimberly (Tyler) Lewis, Heidi (Eduardo) Perez, Hannah (Danny) Segura, Juan Aguirre, & Johanna Morales
Great Grandchildren - Cayden Waters, A.J. Waters, Conner Lewis, Crixus Waters, Reagan Lewis, Isabella Perez, & Ian Perez
Great Grandpuppy - Luna
Sister - Frances (Alfred) Roberts
Brother - Ed (Bonnie) Gabriel
Several nieces, nephews, other family, & friends also survive.
