Odis Welchel, age 78, of Canton, GA passed away Monday, March 06, 2017 at Piedmont Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Thursday, March 09, 2017, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Long, and Bro. Danny Putnam officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Tuesday, March 07, 2017, and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Wednesday, March 08, 2017, and from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the South Canton Funeral Home.
