Melvin Woolard, age 83, of Canton, GA passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. He loved to bowl and play golf.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Ken May officiating. Interment will follow In Our Hearts Forever.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 27, 2023, and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 28, 2023 at South Canton Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by, Parents: Albert and Earell Woolard, Sister: Carol Deckle, Son: Brian Woolard and Son: Randy Woolard
Survivors include:
Wife - Jane Woolard
Daughter - Teresa Gibson
Son - Loren Woolard
Stepdaughter - Jeanne (Jimmy) Millsaps
Stepdaughter - Debi Knight
Stepdaughter - Trisha (Eddy) Green
