Jewell Thomason (Padgett)

Jewell Thomason, age 91, of Canton, GA passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025 at her residence. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She was a life long resident of Cherokee County and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Pickens County.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Sunday, July 13, 2025, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Dustin Bryson officiating. Interment will follow in the Macedonia Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, July 11, 2025, and from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, July 12, 2025, and from 9:00 AM until the Funeral Hour, Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the South Canton Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by, Husband: Homer W. Thomason, Jr., Daughter: Sondra Lingefelt and Granddaughter: Sandy Key

Son - Ronnie Thomason (Synthia)

Son - Danny Thomason (Dana)

Daughter - Amanda Stovall (Luke)
