Jean Augusta Woodruff

The South Canton Funeral Home of Canton,GA announces the death of Jean Augusta Woodruff, age 90, of Canton, GA who passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Heritage Hospice. She was born in West Oneonta, New York, on October 7, 1930, to the late John Augustus MaGee and late Pearl Emeretta Sickler. Mrs. Woodruff wasa a member of Beulah Chapter 21, Order of the Eastern Star, Served as both President and Secretary of the Copperhill Iris Garden Club, and served as a volunteer for both the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, and the Whitewater Olympics. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Clement's, in Canton and a former member of St. Luke's Church,Blue Ridge. She was preceded in death by her Husband, George F. Woodruff and Son, Craig Pollard Survivors include: Daughters - Julie Shannon and Cheryl Lewkowicz; Step Daughter - Sandra Woodruff; and Son - Clark Pollard; Four Grandchildren and Two Great Grandchildren A private family service will be held at The Georgia National Cemetery.
