James Edward Jeans

James Edward Jeans, age 74, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away Friday, January 19, 2024 at St. Andrews Bay Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Panama City, Florida.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Friday, January 26, 2024, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Tracy Welchel, and Rev. Todd Welchel officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, January 25, 2024, and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM, Friday, January 26, 2024 at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by, Wife: Doris Faye Jeans, Parents: Elmer and Lena Jeans

Survivors include:

Son - Daniel Jeans and wife Diana

Daughter - Jerilyn Caudill and husband Darrell

Daughter - Jamie Byrd and husband Marland

Brother - Billy Jeans and wife Linda

Brother - Ernest Jeans and wife Susan

Brother - Ray Jeans and wife Geraldine

Sister - Carol Welchel and husband Chester

5 - Grandchildren

6 - Great Grandchildren
