James "Jim" Brown, Jr., age 79, of Ball Ground, GA passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024 at The Landings of Canton Hills.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Thursday, September 26, 2024, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, September 24, 2024, and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by, Parents: James and Francis Brown, Sister: Mary Ellen Brown and Brother: Bill Brown

Survivors include:

Wife - Linda Brown

Daughter - Candy Sams

Son - Jason and Nicole Brown

Son - Brandon and Johanna Sams

Daughter - Brande and Randall Satterfield

Brother - David and Pat Brown

Sister - Sheila Ruth and Joel Cason

Multiple Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren also survive.

Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends and other Family also survive.
