Dwight Cantrell

Dwight Cantrell, age 82, of Canton, GA passed away Monday, June 5, 2023 at Canton Center for Nursing and Healing. Dwight was a Deacon of Hopewell Baptist Church in the Sixes Community. He was a sportsman Champion at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Saturday, June 10, 2023, from the Hopewell Baptist Church with Rev. Norman Hunt officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 10, 2023, at Hopewell Baptist Church in the Sixes Community. There will be no visitation or Memorial Service held at the South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by, Parents: H.G. and Irene Cantrell

Survivors include:

Wife - Marlene Cantrell

Son - Terry and Leigh Ann Cantrell

Daughter - Stacy and Timmy Hillhouse

Grandchildren - Adam Cantrell, Colby Cantrell, Mackenzie Cantrell and Carlie Hillhouse

Sister - Rebecca and Butch Norton

Several Nieces, Nephews, other Family and Friends also survive.
