Charles Edward Howard, age 75, of Stone Mountain passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Grady Memorial Hospital. Graveside Services are scheduled for 10:30 AM, on Monday, September 06, 2021, from the Georgia National Cemetery with Samuel Franklin officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery. He was preceded in death by, Parents: Louis and Frankie Mae Howard, Siblings: Harrison Howard, Phillip Howard, Joe Louis Howard, Betty Howard, and Lilly Mae Howard. Survivors include: Daughter - Tangela Howard Daughter - Vivian Franklin Son - Efrem Howard Sisters - Dorothy Williams, Queen Esther Howard Grandchildren - Alexia Tyran, Cheyenne Tyran, and Sydney Franklin A host of surviving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
