Bobby Hawthorne

Bobby Hawthorne, age 77, of Waleska, GA passed away Friday, December 11, 2015 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Mr. Hawthorne was a UGA graduate, served in the Army National Guard, was an Assistant County Agent for Cherokee County, 4H Leader, Local Small Business Owner, former Cherokee County Commissioner, & Community Leader.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Monday, December 14, 2015, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Sunday, & from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour on Monday at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his Wife of 55 years - Elice L. Hawthorne & Parents - Carlos & Lucile Hawthorne

Survivors include:

Children- Robbie (Malynda) Hawthorne, Jr., Waleska, GA; Michael (Tammy) Hawthorne, Waleska, GA; Beth (Charlie) Feltham, Waleska, GA; & Carl (Emily) Hawthorne, Canton, GA

Sister - Faye (Joe) Jackson, Gray, GA

Grandchildren - Jessa, Whitley, Nolan, Blake, Jordan, Mitchell, Haley, Morgan, Tyler, Madison, & Reagan
