Blanche Covington

Blanche Covington, age 90, of Canton, GA, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at her residence. Blanche was a member of Sharp Mountain Baptist Church in Ball Ground.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Friday, August 7, 2026, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Waddell and Pastor Greg Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow at Sharp Mtn Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, August 5, 2026, and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 9:00 AM until the Funeral Hour, Friday, August 7, 2026, at South Canton Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bunion and Pauline Clonts; husband, Josh Covington; daughter, Janet Covington; several brothers and sisters; and grandchild, Baby Angel Lee

Survivors include:

Daughter - Jan Crowe (Dean)

Son - Mike Covington (Martha)

Daughter - Lisa Setser (Rodney)

Grandchildren - Kevin and Lyndsey, Kim and Curt, Jamie and Chris, Phillip and Brittaney and Jeffrey Covington

Great-grandchildren - Kaylee, Caleb, Alysa, Kerstyn, Sara, Riley and Joshua
