Thomas “Billy” Gossett
It is with heavy hearts and fond memories that we announce the passing of our beloved daddy, Thomas (Billy) Gossett, who went home to the Lord on March 1st, 2025 at the age of 52.
Billy was always the first to bring a smile to any room with his infectious laughter, silly jokes, and charming presence. Known for his amazing personality, he had a natural gift for making people laugh, lightening the mood, and being the life of every party. His sense of humor was contagious, and his laughter was a soundtrack to countless gatherings, leaving a trail of joy wherever he went.
A lover of music, Billy found peace in every note and joy in every beat. Whether it was classic tunes from his youth or the latest country music, he could always be found belting the words or dancing along. Music was not just something he enjoyed—it was a part of him, and he shared it with those around him, bringing people together through its rhythm and melody through several jam sessions. In addition to his quick wit and musical soul, Billy was undoubtedly known for his good looks, always effortlessly handsome. His genuine warmth and kind smile will forever be remembered
by all who knew him.
Billy was a loving father, a devoted husband, a caring son, a proud Pops, an amazing friend, and a man who lived life to the fullest. He was so proud of his family and leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. He taught us to appreciate the little moments, to keep laughing, and to always dance like nobody’s watching.
