Betty Payne

Betty Payne, age 82, of Canton, GA passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025 at her residence. She was a Member of Hopewell Baptist Church in the Clayton Community.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Sunday, March 30, 2025, from the Hopewell Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny McPherson, and Rev. Nathan Smith, Rev Grant Wade and Rev. Glenn Moody officiating. Interment will follow in the Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the South Canton Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by, Parents: Tom and Minnie DeBord, Sister: Linda DeBord and Brother: Tommy DeBord

Survivors include:

Husband of 63 years - Doug Payne

Daughter - Wanda Wilson

Daughter - Janet and Scott Jordan

Sister-in-law - June DeBord

Grandchildren - Robert Wilson, Jerad and Tiffany Wilson, Angel and Manuel Rodriguez and Zack Jordan

Great Grand Children - 6

Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends and other Family also survive.
