Bessie Faye Christman

Bessie (Bess) Faye Steele Christman, age 95, answered the call from her Heavenly Father on Wednesday November 6, 2024.

She was the daughter of the late Donald Howard and Flora Winona Wilhelm Steele. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in the promotion to Heaven by her beloved husband of 63 years, Vance Dean Christman, and 5 brothers and her sister, Helen Elaine Steele Black. She loved the Lord with all her heart, she was active in her church. In her younger years she loved to sew, work in the yard, cross stitch and cook and she loved her daughter, grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great- Great Grandchildren.

She is survived by daughter, Kathy Diane Christman Parks (Lonnie) 3 Grandchildren, Carl Parks, Todd Allen Parks, (Tricia) and Hollye Rena Morgan (Corey), 11 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 1:00 PM, on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Peterson officiating, Interment will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 9, 2024, at South Canton Funeral Home.

She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church and loved her church family and her own family with all her Heart. Her request is no flowers but just pray for her family.
