Obituary for Willma Woodall (Green)

Wilma Green Woodall age 78, of Canton, GA passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Cameron Hall.

Mrs. Woodall was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, and was recently nominated to the Cherokee County Sports Hall of Fame for the most points scored by a female in basketball.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Friday, October 21, at the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Welsey Morris, and Rev. Keith Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, from 2:00 to 04:00 PM and 6:00 to 09:00 PM Thursday at South Canton Funeral Home.

Mrs. Woodall was preceded in death by her husband, Kenny Woodall, and daughter, Renea Woodall Morris.

Survivors include: children, Steve Woodall, White, GA; Wanda (Jimmy) Millsap, White, GA; brothers, Mack Green, Oxford, AL, Ralph Green, WV; grand children, Hollie Woodall, Steven Woodall, Wesley Morris, Jennifer Ray, Kim Collins, Kendalyn Millsap; 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
