Obituary for Willard "Rod" Patton

Willard "Rod" Patton, age 78, of Canton, GA passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013 at his residence.



Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 AM, on Wednesday, March 27 from the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim McRae officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery.



Mr. Patton was a long time member of the Big Chicken Chorus, and a volunteer with both the Must Ministries and Habitat for Humanity. He and his wife, Norma Patton, were married on the island of St. John, in the U.S. Virgin Islands in 1985.



He is survived by:

Wife- Norma Farr Patton, Canton

Sons- Jim (Suzanne) Patton, San Diego, CA; Mark (Nancy) Patton, Indianapolis, IN; Greg (Sharon) Patton, Powder Springs

Daughters- Debra (Kevin) Burke, Tucson, AZ; Maria (Bill) Klouda, Canton

Brother- Dave (Judy) Patton, North Myrtle Beach, SC

Grandchildren- Kole, Ivanna, Vivian, Katelyn, Doug, & Chase Patton, Trey & Joey Klouda



In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society for the research of mantle cell non-hodgkins lympnoma.
