Obituary for Steven Christopher Kinsey

Steven Christopher Kinsey, passed from this life on February 27, in Atlanta, GA. A kind soul with a big heart and had an aptitude for serving others. Steve always had a passion to help anyone in need.



He grew up in Orlando, FL, the son of Michael and Teresa, with older sister Michelle. As a child, he had a love for wearing cowboy boots, playing baseball, and listening to Randy Travis. Moving to Alpharetta in 1997, Steve was at the top of his class, serving as President of his class in 1999 and won the title of Mr. CHS of Centennial High School. His family traveled to many parts of the country, which instilled in him the desire to travel. Over the last year, his yearn for wanderlust led him on a cross-country adventure to Arizona, California, and Nevada. He was known by friends and family for his passion, kind heart, and the love he had for his daughter Lucy.



Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00AM on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Smith & Rev. Greg Perry officiating.



The family will receive friends from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, Friday, March 1, 2013 at South Canton Funeral Home.



He is survived by his daughter; Lucy Claire; parents Michael Kinsey, Teresa Kinsey-Perry and her husband Greg Perry; sister Michelle Kinsey Daniels and her husband Travis Daniels and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
