Obituary for Ricky Cheshire

Ricky Cheshire, age 56, of Waleska, died Monday, January 18, 2010 at North Fulton Regional Hospital. He was a carpenter in the construction business and a member of Sharp Mt. Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2010, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. James Cantrell officiating. Interment will follow in Long Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Jenette Cheshire, Waleska; son, Jeremy Cheshire, CA; daughter, Sabrina Everett, Canton; stepchildren, Ann Crowe, Gene Abernathy, Eddie Abernathy, Ricky Abernathy and Timmy Abernathy; grandchildren, Skyler Everett, Jordan Rose and James Rosario; 12 step grandchildren and 16 step great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 until 11 p.m. on Tuesday, all day until 11 p.m. Wednesday and until the funeral hour on Thursday.
