Obituary for Patricia Ann Kloeblen (Arnold)

Patricia Ann Kloeblen age 64, of Canton, GA passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Northside Hospital Cherokee.

A life-long teacher, Mrs. Kloeblen was born in New Brunswick, NJ and later moved to Lafayette, IN. Her career included being a middle school teacher, a Christian educator and work with disabled children. In retirement, she continued to teach by tutoring children in her neighborhood. While in Lafayette, she became an Elder in the Central Presbyterian Church. She later moved to Columbus, GA, where she continued her Sunday school teaching and joined the choir at the All Saints Presbyterian Church. She was an avid bird watcher, enjoyed cake decorating, and paper crafts.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Friday, May 20, at the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 19th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: husband, Kenneth Kloeblen; son, Scott (Nicole) Kloeblen; daughter, Amy (Richard) Jarvis; sister, Susan Leamon. Grandchildren, Megan, Wade, Trace, Camdyn, Ella, Allen, Riley and Thomas also survive.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Patricia's honor at myelitis.org, or the National MS Society, or to the Shepard Center in Atlanta.
