Ophelia Mulkey, age 104, of Cleveland, GA passed away Thursday, June 09, 2022 at Deceased's Residence.Mrs. Mulkey was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. She retired from Western Electric. She was the oldest member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and also the oldest survivor of Georgia Baptist Orphan's Home.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Saturday, June 11, 2022, from the Rock Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Jonathan Kirby, Rev. Vernie Worley and Rev. Gerral Richards officiating. Interment will follow at Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Rock Springs Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by, Husband - Vernie R. Mulkey; Parents - Willie & Elsie Woods; Daughter - Sandra Gail Mulkey Joyner

Daughter - Linda Verlee Mulkey McWilliams
