Micheal Fred Castleberry, age 59, of Canton, GA passed away Monday, January 16, 2023 at his residence. Micheal was a kind-hearted soul who was always there with a smile, laugh, or a hand up if you needed it. Over the course of his life, he worked as a security guard, an electrician, a long-haul truck driver, a school bus driver, a grocery store butcher, and a machine worker. The common thread in all of these positions was not a particular skill, but rather an attitude of a strong work ethic (which he no doubt got from his father). However, it is clear that he worked well with his hands and that he had a mind for the intricate details. When not working, he enjoyed spending time with Cody and his 2 dogs, Bart and Jack. He was a big football fan. Tennessee and Dallas Cowboys were his teams. He loved fast cars, fishing, and being outdoors. In his own words, he was "dang Blessed!!!!"

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Monday, January 23, 2023, from the South Canton Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Akins officiating. Interment will follow at Old Macedonia Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, January 22, 2023, and from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday, January 23, 2023 at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by Parents - J.C. & Lester Lynn Castleberry

Son - Adrian Wallace
Grand child - 1
Sister & Brother-in-law - Pam & James Medlin
