Melissa Jean Whitfield, age 37, of Cartersville, GA passed away Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Saturday, December 27, 2014, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday, December 26, 2014, and from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Hour , Saturday, December 27, 2014 at South Canton Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by, Dad: Billy Jack Garrett

Sister - Cynthia Rollins, Cumming
Several Nieces and Nephews also survived
