Obituary for Mary Lou Holder (Crowe)

Mary Lou Holder, age 97, of Canton, passed away Monday, October 3, 2011, at Canton Nursing Center. She retired from Gold Kist Poultry and was a member of Yellow Creek Baptist Church.



Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2011, at the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Ken May officiating. Interment will follow in Yellow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.



Survivors include her sons, John (Rachel) Holder, Braselton and Joe (Kathy) Holder, Fairmount; daughters, Barbara (Phil) Thompson and Geraldine (Ray) Jeans, Canton; 24 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.



The family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
