Obituary for Joanne Probus (Manous)

Joanne Manous Probus, age 65, of Canton, died Thursday, July 28, 2011, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of Crossroads of Life Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, 2011, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Jones officiating. Survivors include son, Lamar Dodd, Canton; stepsons, James Probus, Woodstock, Tommy Probus and W.H. Probus, KY; daughters, Linda Franklin, Canton, Carol Dupin, Canton, Latisha Probus, Canton; brother, Mark Manous, Canton; sisters, Brenda Fowler and Martha Cain, Canton; 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 10:00 p.m. on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday and until the funeral hour on Sunday.
