Obituary for James M. Coker

James Marion Coker, age 75, of Canton, GA passed away Monday, December 31, 2012 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Mr. Coker was a member of the Baptist Faith and served in the Air National Guard at Dobbins Air Force Base.



Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Thursday, January 03, 2013, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Henderson officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.



The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, January 01, 2013, and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, January 02, 2013, and from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour on Thursday, January 03, 2013 at South Canton Funeral Home.



Preceded in death by: Sisters - Betty Heard & Bobbie Patterson



Survivors include:

Wife of 50 Years - Lou Dunn Coker, Canton, GA

Daughter - Kathy & David Welch, Macon, GA

Sister - Sue McCoy, Canton, GA

Sister - Linda & Kenneth Edge, Canton, GA

Grand Daughter - Mary Ruth Welch

Special Niece - Holly Ricketts, Canton, GA

Special Niece - Diane Harmon, Ball Ground, GA
