Obituary for Georgie Catherine Payne (Priest)
Georgie Catherine Payne, age 76, of Canton, GA passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Northside Hospital Cherokee.
Kathy loved being with her family and was most happiest being called Nana. Her Grandkids were her pride and joy. She loved taking family vacations and that close family time. She loved playing on the computer and playing games. Kathy loved and cherished her brothers and sisters and enjoyed spending time with them. She loved the Lord with all her heart. She put everyone's needs above hers. She will be deeply missed by all.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM, on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Purcell officiating with additional speakers, Terry Temples and Larry Payne. Interment will follow in the Green Lawn Cemetery in Roswell, Ga.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday, August 2, 2022, and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at South Canton Funeral Home.
