Obituary for George "Eddie" Campbell
George Edward (Eddie) Campbell, age 57, of Canton, Georgia, passed
away January 20,2022. George was born in Middletown, Ohio on October
20,1964. He attended Lemon Monroe High School.
George was employed by Graphic Packaging International for many
years. He enjoyed spending time with family, especially his son Dylan
and beloved granddaughter Addy. He liked watching sports and was a
huge fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Georgia Bulldogs. He loved
going out to eat, enjoyed the occasional cigar, and hanging out with
his friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Reaba Campbell,
sister, Marie Stafford, and brother Billy Campbell.
George is survived by his son, Dylan (Allison) Campbell of Canton,
GA; granddaughter, Adalynn Campbell of Canton, GA; siblings, James
(Cindy) Campbell of Lawton, Ok; Douglas (Tammy) Campbell of Woodstock,
Ga; Phyllis (Tim) Booth of Middletown, OH; Peggy (Noah) Myers of
Kennesaw GA; and Timothy (Cathy) Campbell of Middletown OH; brother-in-law, Anthony Stafford of Middletown, OH; 9 nieces, 4 nephews, as well as 27 great nieces and nephews , 6 great-great nieces and nephews, and many friends and loving family.
Pallbearers will be Dylan, Douglas, T.J., Steven, R.J., Greg, Jordan and
Brandon
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, January 23, 2022, and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday, January 24, 2022, and from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Hour on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the South Canton Funeral Home.
