Obituary for Ella Mae Dempsey (Byrd)

Ella Mae Dempsey, age 86, of Canton died at Woodstock Nursing and Rehab on June 4, 2010. She was a homemaker and of Pentecostal faith. Funeral services Sunday June 6, 2010 at 4 p.m. from the chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Herman Fennell and Bro. Tom Burdett officiating. Internment Macedonia Memorial Park. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law; Alan (Debbie) Dempsey, Canton, Jerry Dempsey, Rogersville, TN., daughters; Kathy Fowler, Canton, Carol Dempsey, Dalton. Eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6 p.m until 8 p.m. Saturday and from 2 p.m. until funeral hour on Sunday.
