Obituary for Curtis Lamar Spence

Curtis Lamar Spence age 58, of Ball Ground, GA passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Spence was a deacon at Fairview Baptist Church in Ball Ground.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Friday, October 28, at the Fairview Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Allen, Rev. Talmedge Dean, Rev. Clyde Dean, Rev. Buck Parker, and Rev. Johnny McPherson officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Wednesday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Thursday, and until the funeral hour on Friday at South Canton Funeral Home.

Survivors include: wife, Dianne Spence, Ball Ground; children, Jeremiah Spence, Ball Ground, Amanda (Russell) Brown, Jasper; mother, Valmon Spence, Ball Ground; brother, Ronald (Carol) Spence, Chickamauga; sisters, Jeannette (Tim) Carver, Jasper, Charlotte (Frank) Brookshire, Ball Ground; several nieces and nephews also survive.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fairview Baptist Church in Ball Ground.
