Obituary for Christopher Columbus Abee

Christopher Columbus Abee, age 78, of Canton, GA passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Mr. Abee was a member of the Woodstock First Baptist Church. He also was a Vietnam Veteran that served in the United States Air Force.



Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Sunday, December 30, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park.



The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday at South Canton Funeral Home.



Preceded in death by: 1st wife Jerry Abee; brothers- Roy Abee Sr., Charles Abee, & F.M. Abee; sister-Dorris Abee



Survivors include:

Wife- Kathleen Abee, Canton, GA


Daughters- Brenda Alter, Woodstock; Shellie (Richard) Summers, Smyrna

Sons- Roger Dale Berrong, Jr., Canton; Robert Christopher Berrong, Rome; Michael A. McConnell, Ball Ground; Jimmy McConnell, Rome

Brothers- Morris Abee, Auburn, CA; James Abee, Palm Coast, FL; George Abee, Dawsonville; Herbert Abee, Murryville

Sisters- Lola Daniel, Lilburn; Christine White, Cornelia; Bonnie Robinson, Cleveland; Bobbie Miller, Cleveland

7 Grandchildren & 4 Great Grandchildren
