Obituary for Charles "Doug" Helton

Charles "Doug" Helton, age 67, of Canton, passed away Friday, June 17, 2011, at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. He was a homebuilder with S & D Builders and a member of First Baptist Church Woodstock. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 19, 2011, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Hunt, Rev. Jim Law and Rev. Marty Benton officiating. Interment will follow in Enon Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Janet Helton, Canton; Sons & Daughter-in-law, Scott & Rebecca Helton, Acworth and Doug Casper, Atlanta; mother, Eula Mae Helton, Canton; sister, Rita Norwood, Murphy, NC; grandchildren, Timothy & Gracie Helton, Acworth.
