Obituary for Byron Dangar

Byron Dangar, age 57, of Canton, died Sunday, September 11, 2011, his residence. He was a retired environmental engineer with Law Engineering and a member of Oakdale Baptist Church.



Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at Oakdale Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Ware, Rev. Joey Watson, Rev. Horace Richards and Rev. Dan Henderson officiating. Interment will follow in Union Hill Cemetery.



The family will receive friends 6pm - 9pm on Monday, 10am - 9pm on Tuesday, and until the funeral hour on Wednesday.



He was preceded in death by his father, Oscar Dangar and brother, Jim Dangar.



Survivors include his wife, Pam Dangar, Canton; son, Matthew Dangar, Canton; daughters, Hannah and Rebekah Dangar, Canton; mother, Evelyn Dangar, Canton; brother, Greg Dangar, Woodstock; sister, Linda Porter, Canton; mother-in-law, Betty McIntyre, Canton; several nieces & nephews.
