Bonnel Mulkey, age 91, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend, passed away July 3, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. She fought a brief battle with an aggressive cancer. She was a very strong woman and fought this cancer til the end with no complaining. For those of you who knew her, she was a private person. Bonnel’s wishes were to have a private funeral service with no visitation.

For those who want to pay respects, a graveside service is scheduled for 3:00 PM, on Thursday, July 6, 2023, from the Macedonia Memorial Park. Interment will follow at Macedonia Memorial Park.

There will be no visitation prior to the Graveside Service on Thursday, July 6, 2023.

She was preceded in death by, Parents: L. J. and Pearl Gilleland and Brother: Johnny Gilleland

Survivors include:
Children - Gary and Debbie Mulkey, Tommy and Wanda Mulkey, Terry and Reudene Mulkey, Debbie and Johnny Wilkins and Gayle Wilkins and Danny
Siblings - Hulon Gilleland, Gayle Edmondson and Phil and Glenda Gilleland
Grandchildren - Christy Yancey, Jeremy Mulkey, Amy Croft, Chessa McGinnis, Jacob Wilkins, Miranda Whitfield, Dillon Mulkey, Larry Moore and Kelley Brooks
Several Great Grand Children
Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends and other Family also survive.
