Bobby Guy Woodall, age 88, of Canton, GA passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Assured Hospice Care. Bobby was born in Columbus, Georgia in 1930. He graduated from Mercer University, attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He received a Masters degree in Education from the University of Georgia.
Bob taught at Cherokee High School for 31 years where he started the Diversified Cooperative Training Program and sponsored the VICA Club. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy and served on the U. S. S. Hickok.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Thursday, August 15, 2019, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Mulkey officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, August 14, 2019, and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 15, 2019 at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by, Parents: Guy & Edna Woodall

Son - David (Teresa) Foster
Daughter - Sherrie (Lawson) Hunt
Daughter - Becky Barrer
Brother - Ben Woodall
Grandchildren - 5
Great Grand Children - 20
Great Great Grandchildren - 3
Several Nieces, Nephews & other Family also survive
