Obituary for Bertha Marie McKenzie

Bertha Marie McKenzie, age 87, of Marietta, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009, at Brian Center Health & Rehab. She was a homemaker and of Roman Catholic faith. A graveside service is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at Macedonia Memorial Park with interment following. Mrs. McKenzie was preceded in death by her grandson, Nathan McKenzie.
Survivors include her husband, Harold McKenzie, Canton; sons, Robert McKenzie, Canton, Kenneth McKenzie, Washington, DC and William McKenzie, Havelock, NC; sister, Justine Bosshard, NJ; seven grandchildren also survive. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), 925 Busse Rd., Elk Grove Village, IL, 60007.
